Cocktails Italiens

En recherchant pour une amie un cocktail à base de champagne que j'aimais bien en Italie j'ai trouvé une page avec les cocktails les plus connus en Italie http://www.lodging.it/florence-tour/bars-&-cafes/italian-cocktail-recipes.html. C'est génial, ça me rappelle plein de souvenirs : Negroni, Americano, Rossini, Martini, ... ou même un Amaretto tout seul...

*Negroni:
1/3 Gin
1/3 Red Martini
1/3 Bitter Campari
ice
Mix over ice and garnish with a slice of orange

*Martini:
2 oz Gin
1 tsp Dry Vermouth

Garnished with a cocktail olive. Shaken or stirred as you prefer.

*Americano:
ice
1/2 Bitter Campari
1/2 Red Martini
Not to be confused with a long coffee, this cocktail is perfect for putting fire in your belly. Mix and garnish with a slice of lemon.

*Rossini:
fresh strawberry purée
Chilled sparkling wine
