feedback/commenting widget

Does anybody know a feedback/commenting widget for blogs? For the moment i put this code which shows the last 5 comments related to posts. But i'd like something more general... Anyone ?
Ok, found smth. Not sure it's 100% safe and good, but testing it. if you wanna help and give your feedbacks, please... ;)
